Our responsible purchasing policy is grounded in the long-standing relationships we have formed with our suppliers. We recently updated this policy to explicitly include our environmental, social and ethical standards.
Across the company, we take steps to ensure our partners comply with our suppliers’ code of conduct, which we make clear also applies to their own suppliers and subcontractors.

The first step in our approach: improving the traceability of our ingredients. We are now able to guarantee the origin of the natural ingredients present in all our fragrance concentrates**.
