Be vigilant...

We would like to inform you that we recently found several fake “Diptyque” websites claiming to sell our products.
Sadly, these websites have no products to offer and were created with the sole aim of fraudulently collecting your personal and financial details.
We are actively working to have these websites shut down.

We encourage you to stay vigilant when shopping online and recommend you carefully check the authenticity of any website before making a purchase.
We invite you to make any desired purchases on our official www.diptyqueparis.com site or in your favourite Diptyque boutique.

For further information, including confirmation of our authorised distributors, you can contact our Customer Service department via email, chat or telephone on +44(0)800 840 0010 between 9:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays.
