4 steps for taking care of your scented candle.
Gently lift the lid and place it under the candle. Strike one of the matches imbued with the same fragrance as the candle, and let the fragrance express itself.
Leave your candle to burn until the entire surface has turned to liquid (around 5 hours). Never leave a candle unattended. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets, and away from curtains and any other flammable materials.
Snuff out the flame using a snuffer is recommended to avoid splashing hot wax.
After each use, trim the wick (ideal length: 3 to 5 mm) to avoid the risk of fire and unnecessary smoke. Recenter it with a wick trimmer while the wax is still liquid for optimal burning next time.
Once the candle has cooled, gently replace the lid to protect the wax from dust.
